I was super excited to challenge my practice by using a yoga rug. I mostly do yoga in a room temp environment so I do notice some slipping until I get very warmed up. I did try the rug out in a hot yoga class and it did extremely well! I didn't notice any slipping. There was some lint shedding but Im guessing once I wash it, the lint will lessen. All in all Im really happy with my purchase and excited to use it more outside this summer!
