Refund policy

Perfectly, imperfect: due to the handmade nature of our products, no two mats are alike. Sizes and colors may vary, and slight imperfections may be found.

    Conditions of return
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    Please note: Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund

    To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@benndyoga.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to the Bennd warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Bennd is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

    We do not offer refunds for shipping fees, so if you originally selected expedited shipping for your order, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return. Please note that all returns must be shipped in a box, so we recommend holding on to your original packaging.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like sample sale items, used items, items that have been left out in the sunlight, items washed with commercial detergents, items that have been left rolled up while wet or damp, or custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items, including any items from the meditation collection that have been personalized with intentions or mantras). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sample or sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
