Harda, Turmeric, and Sappan Wood Yoga Mat: One of our most powerful mats! This mat is great for inflammation, reproductive health, digestive health, radiant skin, supports lymphatic detox, blood nourishing, aids in focus and memory, and so much more!

This Bennd Yoga Mat is made of 100% ethically sourced raw cotton that is medicinally dyed, hand-loomed, and brushed with natural rubber latex on the underside of the mat for outstanding floor grip. Cotton threads are medicinally dyed with Harda for the center; Turmeric on both ends; and Sappan Wood hand grip lines to keep your yoga practice on point. Each yoga mat comes with a travel bag and 2oz of powdered soap nut.

  • Harda, in Ayurvedic medicine, is one part of the Ayurvedic formula Triphala. Harda is known to assist with digestive health, healthy skin, is an anti-inflammatory, is an antioxidant, aids in memory retention and focus ability, and can lower blood sugar levels
